Dr. Michael Rossmann received the Sackler International prize in Biophysics for 2016

Dr. Michael Rossman

Prof. M. G. Rossmann was honored for  "Pioneering Contributions to High-Resolution Diffraction Analysis of Atomic Structures of Proteins and Viruses as a Laureate recipient of the Raymond and Beverly Sackler International Prize in Biophysics for 2016 on December 13th, 2016, at Tel Aviv University, Israel. The prize was shared with Prof. J. Prost of the Curie Institute, CNRS, France, & National University of Singapore, who was honored for "Seminal Contributions to Physics of Active Soft Matter and their Applications to Intra-Cellular Processes."
