This one-day symposium is organized to bring together scientists in the Midwestern region with expertise in various aspects of membrane biology, trafficking and signal transduction. This year, we also plan to focus on public health and translational research. The symposium includes keynote addresses, a series of talks by researchers in the Midwest and a poster session by students and post-docs. We hope this event will promote the exchange of ideas, showcase student/post-doc research in Midwest universities and serve as a platform to foster collaborative efforts and networking opportunities for all participants.
